i almost thought this place could be nice, but when my pillows were accused of being stolen? absolutely ridiculous. also, management's response to overbilling could use some serious work—$50? really? as a regular guest, i expected far more courtesy. it’s like they just don’t care about special treatment here.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Parking was ample and well-lit. The lobby had a fresh, clean aroma, and Rebecca provided exceptional service. The spacious room was perfect for my family, and the breakfast spread was the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. The kids adored the pool. everything was a 10 for us!
